At FORBÚRI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or return.

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

To return or request an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Send us an email to support@forburi.com within 7 days of receiving your order, specifying your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. After validation by our customer service, we will provide you with the return label to stick on it. you can drop near you desired service point.

3. Return the item in its original condition, with proof of shipping.

3. Refunds

* Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

* We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not comply with our return conditions.

4. Exchanges or Store credit

* If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, this is possible while stocks last.

* If the desired size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued or full refund.

5. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective product or an order error is due to us, FORBÚRI will cover the return shipping costs in full, and you will be offered an exchange or a full refund.
